Hi, my name is Rama, I´m an artist from germany with a special interest in sound, environments and their interaction. My works vary from interactive installations, sound sculptures, workshops, performances and radio, to drawing and painting. Besides my positions in an exhibition context, I'm a producer and dj within the fields of electronic and experimental music. Therefore I use Dj Ony and Amond as my identities.
I´m currently studying Media Art and Design at Bauhaus-University Weimar and developing several participatory formats with different collectives, such as Glyk or the Spekulative Gesellschaft. These events take place in Weimar, Leipzig, Berlin and other german cities.
With two friends I started the record label Mind Everest, releasing electronic music since 2016. Since October 2017, lo-tide and I are co-hosting a show called 'synopsis' on n10.as (pronounced 'antennas'), a community radio based in Montreal.
